A wonderful finale to your evening , join me for a yoga class overlooking the spectacular Cuckmere Haven.
We will walk up the hill before we lay our mats on the soft grass and take in the views. We will also have Full Moon this evening and our practice will reflect that.
We will meet at 7.30pm by the Bike Hire barn (next to the Visitor Centre) and walk together to our yoga spot. The view and sunset will be worth it!!
