A wonderful new event for this summer!
We will take a leisurely and very easy bike ride from the Cuckmere Cycle Company to the iconic Cuckmere Haven beach, through the stunning Seven Sisters Country park, meeting our local wildlife, together with ponies and cows! Once we arrive on the beach we will enjoy a yoga practice and take time to sit or walk around admiring the Seven Sisters cliffs and views towards the Coastguard Cottages and across the English Chanel.
We will meet at 5pm at the Cuckmere Cycle Company (bike barn). Please park your car at the bike barn’s courtyard, free of charge, alternatively take a bus No12 to Seven Sisters.
After we get our bikes we will cross the road into the park and cycle to the beach. The path is flat and easy to navigate. After our yoga practice you will have half an hour to explore the park and get back to the bike barn for 7pm.
All bikes are provided! You can chose from S, M, L mountain bike or even try the electric bike. For those who are not confident on the bike we also offer a trike which has electric assistance! Helmets are provided.
Please bring your yoga mat, which can be either placed into our trailer or use a strap to carry it across your shoulder.
This is such a stunning part of our coast line and I cannot wait to spend the afternoon with you!
