The Secret Spa & Yoga Afternoon – A very special summer afternoon retreat!

Escape to the beautiful secret spa by the lake, enjoy complete privacy in a tranquil lakeside setting designed for relaxation and connection.
After the gentle yoga practice led by Eva Kristlova we will unwind in the wood-fired hot tub overlooking the lake, experience the deep warmth of our Finnish-made sauna, and refresh our senses with a plunge into the lake or our invigorating cold plunge bath.
A peaceful sanctuary by the water where time slows down and wellbeing comes naturally.
What to expect:
Mindful Yoga practice – gentle movement, breathwork, meditation and relaxation
Relaxing time in the Sauna and Hot tub
Swimming in the lake (lifeguard will be present)
Time to relax, sunbathe, unwind
Tea/coffee and cake will be served
